Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups self-rising flour
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Nutritional Facts

1 serving (1 each) equals 112 calories, 3 g fat (1 g saturated fat), 4 mg cholesterol, 263 mg sodium, 20 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, 3 g protein.

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients until thoroughly combined. Fill greased muffin cups half full. Bake at 375° for 18-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm. Yield: 9 rolls.
Editor's Note: As a substitute for 1-1/2 cups self-rising flour, place 2-1/4 teaspoons baking powder and 3/4 teaspoon salt in a measuring cup. Add all-purpose flour to measure 1 cup. Combine with an additional 1/2 cup all-purpose flour.

"Hey, it doesnt get any easier than this! No excuses now for store-bought rolls. Only 4 ingredients! I'll be making these many times. I had self-rising flour sitting around from another recipe and this is a great way to use it up."
