Poor Man's Potato Salad Recipe

As a young college student, I was usually pretty broke...but that didn't stop me from eating well! My dear grandmother taught me this simple recipe because it was easy to prepare and the ingredients didn't cost much. These days my budget doesn't have to stretch quite so far, but I still keep the recipe in my files. Poor Man's Potato Salad serves two nicely, and complements many meals.

"This recipe is a lifesaver! It's especially convenient if you are out camping a long way from town and don't have any fresh potatoes at hand. Family and friends have liked it so much, they asked how to make it."

"This recipe is great! So easy and good...I'm going to try making it with real potatoes when I get a chance. Thanks!!!"
