- 1 ounce cranberry juice
- 1/2 ounce Triple Sec, optional
- 4 ounces chilled Champagne or other sparkling wine
- 3 fresh cranberries
- Pour cranberry juice into a champagne flute or wine glass. Add Triple Sec if desired. Top with Champagne. Garnish as desired. Yield: 1 serving.
