Ingredients

  • 5 cups fresh or frozen corn
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  • In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Cook over low heat for
  • 10-12 minutes or until corn is tender, stirring frequently. Serve
  • with a slotted spoon. Yield: 6 servings.
