Ingredients

  • 5 cups fresh or frozen corn
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Nutritional Facts

3/4 cup: 188 calories, 6g fat (3g saturated fat), 16mg cholesterol, 373mg sodium, 31g carbohydrate (14g sugars, 4g fiber), 7g protein

Directions

  1. In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Cook over low heat for 10-12 minutes or until corn is tender, stirring frequently. Serve with a slotted spoon. Yield: 6 servings.
