"The cake was good because of the low calories. I have had the real deal and it was extremly moist this one was not. I made cupcakes for my granddaugher. She and her friend help prepare them they liked the cupcakes a lot. I liked the low calories."

"I made this one for my diabetic friend and my boss could not believe it was a low fat, low sugar recipe. I plan on baking it again every chance I get! It is absolutely delicious!"

"This cake is moist and delicious and does not seem like a low fat cake at all. The frosting is very pale green and since I made this cake for Christmas, I decorated my cake with halved maraschino cherries.

Good recipe."
