Pineapple Shakes Recipe
Wheeeee…What a delicious and refreshing new take on frosty milkshake flavor! Feeling hot and harried? You'll freeze your teeth and give your tongue a sleigh ride with this yummy beverage from Fran Scott of Birmingham, Michigan.
- 1/4 cup cold milk
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 can (5-1/2 ounces) unsweetened pineapple chunks, undrained
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1. In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 3 servings.
1 cup equals 215 calories, 10 g fat (6 g saturated fat), 41 mg cholesterol, 83 mg sodium, 28 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 4 g protein.
