Pineapple Orange Slush Recipe
"This tart refreshing drink hits the spot, and you don't have to make a lot," says Roni Goodell of Spanish Fort, Utah. And with just four ingredients whirred in a blender, it's ready in a jiffy!
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup DOLE Canned Pineapple Juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cups crushed ice cubes
- 1. In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until thick and slushy. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 2 servings.
One serving (1-1/2 cups) equals 95 calories, trace fat (trace saturated fat), 0 cholesterol, 2 mg sodium, 23 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, 1 g protein. Diabetic Exchanges: 1-1/2 fruit.
