Pineapple Cream Cheese Spread Recipe

- 1 package (8 ounces) fat-free cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (8 ounces) unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
- 1. In a bowl, combine cream cheese and pineapple. Chill. Yield: 1-1/8 cups.
