These sandwiches are always welcome at lunchtime around our house. Sweet pineapple and crunchy pecans are nice additions to ordinary chicken salad. —Carol Alexander, Midland, Michigan

I used 2 large cans of chicken instead and it tasted great. Simple to make, too!

Omitted nuts for my daughter and added extra celery for more crunch.

A wonderful mix of flavors! Since I used canned chicken, recommend a little less mayo, but otherwise has been a hit with my crew!

Very easy to make, consist of ingredients that most people already have in the kitchen. The taste is amazing. My taste buds say thank you and so does my finance!

Best regards,

Tiffany
