  • 20 slices pepperoni, quartered
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cans (16 ounces each) pork and beans
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard

3/4 cup: 87 calories, 3g fat (1g saturated fat), 4mg cholesterol, 410mg sodium, 13g carbohydrate (5g sugars, 3g fiber), 4g protein.


  1. In a saucepan, cook the pepperoni and onion until the onion is tender. Stir in the remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Yield: 6-8 servings.
