Pepper Onion Saute Recipe
Dress up brats and burgers with this colorful condiment that combines sweet onions and red peppers.—Pati Fried, Oakland, California
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 large sweet red peppers, julienned
- 1. In a large skillet, saute onions and Italian seasoning in oil until tender. Add peppers. Saute until onions begin to brown. Yield: 8-10 servings.
