  • 2 large onions, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 large sweet red peppers, julienned


  • In a large skillet, saute onions and Italian seasoning in oil until
  • tender. Add peppers. Saute until onions begin to brown. Yield: 8-10
  • servings.
