- 2 large onions, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 large sweet red peppers, julienned
- In a large skillet, saute onions and Italian seasoning in oil until tender. Add peppers. Saute until onions begin to brown. Yield: 8-10 servings.
