Pecan Caramel Candies Recipe
- 63 miniature pretzels
- 63 Rolo candies
- 63 Diamond of California Pecan Halves
- Line baking sheets with foil. Place pretzels on foil; top each pretzel with a candy.
- Bake at 250° for 4 minutes or until candies are softened (candies will retain their shape). Immediately place a pecan half on each candy and press down so candy fills pretzel. Cool slightly. Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until set. Yield: 63 candies (about 1-1/4 pounds).

They are so easy to make. I used Christmas (red & green) peanut M&Ms and they were a big hit.
This candy is not only very tasty, but extremely easy to make. I made over 100 in less than 30 minutes. Great for a quick snack.
I started out making 1 batch of these for Xmas 2 years ago..then I had to make a second batch because they didn't make it to Xmas eve! These make a great little gift for any occasion or party. I place them in a nice container along with the recipe-because I know they disappear fast & everyone asks for the recipe. I have turned so many people onto these little gems. They are easy, fast to make and are perfectly crunchy, sweet, salty & gooey. To change them up I've used walnuts & festive colored M&M's..but they are perfect the way they are...thanks Taste of Home & Julie for another winner!
