Ingredients

  • 10 cups popped popcorn
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Place popcorn in a large bowl; set aside. In a saucepan over medium heat, bring sugar and corn syrup to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from the heat.
  2. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla; mix well. Pour over popcorn and stir until well coated. Press into a buttered 13x9-in. pan. Cool slightly before cutting.
