Peanut Butter Milk Shakes Recipe
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1. In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process for 30 seconds or until smooth. Stir if necessary. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 3 servings.
1 serving (1 cup) equals 512 calories, 34 g fat (12 g saturated fat), 50 mg cholesterol, 310 mg sodium, 41 g carbohydrate, 3 g fiber, 17 g protein.
