  • 1/2 teaspoon butter
  • 1-1/4 pounds white candy coating, coarsely chopped
  • 1-1/2 cups chunky peanut butter

Nutritional Facts

1 serving (1 slice) equals 331 calories, 22 g fat (11 g saturated fat), trace cholesterol, 118 mg sodium, 30 g carbohydrate, 2 g fiber, 6 g protein.


  1. Line a 9-in. square pan with foil; butter the foil with 1/2 teaspoon butter and set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt candy coating; stir until smooth. Stir in peanut butter until melted. Transfer to prepared pan. Cool to room temperature. Cut into squares. Yield: about 1-1/2 pounds.

"I make this a lot. It is easy and good. My kids like it with smooth peanut butter. I wish people would not rate a recipe on how many calories it has in it. We are rating on taste and how good the recipe is. Yes it has a lot of calories in it. It is a dessert. This is definitely worthy of 5 stars on taste and how easy it is. :)"

"This candy tastes great and is so easy! I did use shortening in place of butter and to make it look a bit fancier, I drizzled melted semi sweet chocolate chips on top and sprinkled with additional chopped peanuts."
