Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • 2 ice cubes

Nutritional Facts

393 calories: 1 cup, 13g fat (4g saturated fat), 19mg cholesterol, 214mg sodium, 61g carbohydrate (47g sugars, 4g fiber), 15g protein .

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process for 30-40 seconds or until smooth. Stir if necessary. Pour into a chilled glass; serve immediately. Yield: 1 serving.

"By far, this is the worst smoothie i've ever had. Tasted horrible & even my 11 year old son who pretty much likes almost anything, couldn't stand this either! YUK!"
