Here's a unique way to eat fruit for breakfast. My two preschoolers think they're really getting away with something when I serve these "milk shakes".

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 cups sliced peaches
  • 1 cup peach-flavored yogurt
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 drops almond extract

Directions

In a blender container, place all ingredients in the order indicated. Process until smooth. Yield: 3-4 servings
