Peachy Fruit Smoothies Recipe
- 1-1/4 cups 2% milk
- 1 cup (8 ounces) lemon yogurt
- 1 cup orange juice
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package (16 ounces) frozen unsweetened peach slices
- 1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Serve in chilled glasses. Yield: 6 servings.
3/4 cup: 138 calories, 1g fat (1g saturated fat), 6mg cholesterol, 46mg sodium, 27g carbohydrate (25g sugars, 1g fiber), 4g protein. Diabetic Exchanges: 1 fruit, 1 reduced-fat milk.
