Peachy Fruit Smoothies Recipe
The color of this refreshing beverage just says "Spring!" Smoothies are great for breakfast, dessert or a midday snack.
TOTAL TIME: Prep/Total Time: 10 min. YIELD:6 servings
- 1-1/4 cups milk
- 1 cup (8 ounces) lemon yogurt
- 1 cup orange juice
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package (16 ounces) frozen unsweetened peach slices
- 1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Serve in chilled glasses. Yield: 6 servings.
