The tang of buttermilk blended with sweet peaches prompts frequent requests for this shake from my husband and grandchildren. —Anna Mayer, Fort Branch, Indiana
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 3 cups fresh or frozen unsweetened sliced peaches, thawed
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 3 servings.
