Peach Citrus Smoothies Recipe
Lemon yogurt and orange juice add a citrusy kick to these peachy keen smoothies. They’re slightly icy at first, but get nice and creamy after a minute or so. —Joni Rodriguez, Silverton, Oregon
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 2 cups crushed ice
- 2 cups sliced peeled fresh or frozen peaches
- 1/2 cup lemon yogurt
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1. In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings.
1 cup equals 171 calories, 1 g fat (trace saturated fat), 2 mg cholesterol, 19 mg sodium, 42 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 2 g protein.
