  • 1-1/4 cups sliced peeled fresh or frozen peaches
  • 1/2 medium firm banana
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • 1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon rum extract

Nutritional Facts

1-1/2 cups: 186 calories, 0 fat (0 saturated fat), 1mg cholesterol, 34mg sodium, 45g carbohydrate (37g sugars, 3g fiber), 4g protein.


  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process for 15-20 seconds or until smooth. Stir if necessary. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 2 servings.

"My husband and I really enjoyed this smoothie recipe. I used some of my homegrown frozen peaches and didn't add any extra ice. I'm also not a big fan of rum extract, so I omitted that too. The smoothie was very refreshing and complimented our brunch nicely!"

"I really enjoyed this recipe. I used frozen peaches and I didn't need to use the ice. I also used vanilla yogurt instead of plain. I will definetly make this again."
