"At first I was surprised at how few ingredients there were in this recipe, and I was convinced I would need to add something to it. However, it was love at first bite! So easy, so colorful, healthy and impressive! I pair it with simple baked tilapia, or turkey fried rice. I highly recommend this!!!"
