- 3/4 pound fresh snow peas
- 1 medium sweet red pepper, julienned
- 1/2 small onion, sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- In a large skillet, saute the snow peas, red pepper, onion, garlic salt and pepper in oil and butter until vegetables are tender. Yield: 4 servings.
