PBJ on a Stick Recipe
I always try to come up with new ways to serve lunch to my kids. This recipe was a hit!—Sara Martin, Brookfield, Wisconsin
- 2 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches
- 4 wooden skewers (5 to 6 inches)
- 1 cup seedless red or green grapes
- 1 small banana, sliced
- 1. Cut sandwiches into 1-in. squares. For each skewer, alternately thread grapes, sandwich squares and banana slices onto skewers. Serve immediately. Yield: 4 skewers.
2 each equals 415 calories, 14 g fat (3 g saturated fat), 0 cholesterol, 368 mg sodium, 63 g carbohydrate, 7 g fiber, 13 g protein.
