- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Store in the refrigerator. Yield: 3/4 cup.
