"This is perfect! I made two recipes, which was more than enough, but they're delicious! I used all flour (w/o the wheat germ), I added a touch of ginger and nutmeg, and some sugar. (from reading a few other reviews) Definitely a keeper. Thank you!"

"Just like the larger batches I used to make for my family! I'm alone so don't have all ingredients on hand. I used 1/2 tbsp white vinegar in milk in place of buttermilk, crushed walnuts instead of wheat germ. Added 1 teaspoon of sugar. PERFECTION!"

"on the hunt for pancake recipe for one, found this. It's promising. But due to I didn't want to run to the grocery store, I didn't have toasted wheat germ,so replaced w/flour.Didn't have buttermilk, just used whole milk.Used Coconut oil (my latest fav) & always put vanilla in my batter. It was alil' heavier texture that I like but I will try it w/wheat germ & buttermilk for that may make a difference! Thanks for sharing your recipe, this empty nester is going through withdrawls on my carbs since my Girls are not here!"

"A perfect recipe for a single serving of pancakes. I made 2 large ones from this recipe and it was more than enough. The pancakes are easy to make and taste so good (I added chocolate chips!)"
