- 3 cups water
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon molasses
- In a 3-qt. slow cooker, combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until liquid is absorbed and oatmeal is tender. Yield: 4 servings.
