- 2 pounds fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 to 4 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 425°. Place asparagus in a 15x10x1-in. pan; toss with melted butter and green onions. Spread in an even layer. Sprinkle with salt.
- Roast until crisp-tender and lightly browned, 10-15 minutes, turning once. Yield: 6 servings.
