"You don't need oil just spray cookie sheet,Place on and cover for 15 minutes then remove foil flip and cook 15 more minutes at 400 degrees. Less fat and individual salt at time of dining, healthier?"

"We enjoyed this take on potatoes, but the description gave me a good chuckle; "My husband and I avoid fried foods" with a recipe adding 1/8 cup of butter and 25g fat per serving. Still, butter makes this very tasty."

"These were great. I doubled the recipe and left out the onion. My son, who's a toddler, Is very picky when it comes to vegetables but he loved these and wanted seconds of them!"

"I make this recipe often. However, I put the butter, onion, and spices in my food processor and then toss the potatoes in the mixure - faster than brushing!"

"These are excellent. I added more cheese because who doesn't like more cheese? But a very quick, easy and tasty side dish."
