Reviews for Oven Fries
"I have made this recipe twice and both times they have come out delicious, crispy and the seasoning was perfect! This is definitely a keeper...YUMMO!"
"I liked the seasoning on the fries! They were very good."
"I use lawrys seasoning salt, same spices plus a couple more, these are yummy. Love the crisp outside and tender inside"
"shadyn: If you don't like the carbs then don't make them! It's just that simple! No need to complain! We thought they were great and will add this to my "Good Recipes" list."
"Made these to go with barbequed ribs last night. Everyone loved them! Fast, easy, & delicious. I don't care for potatoes, but these were great. The only changes I'll make next time is to reduce the paprika to 2 tsp. (like others suggested) & double the amount of garlic powder because our family loves the flavor of garlic. I did use seasoned salt as others suggested & it added to the flavor. I also increased the olive oil to 2 Tbsp. because I used 5 potatoes instead of 4."
"Made these and they were amazing! everyone loved them and they were so easy and fast to make!"
"Paprika clumped up on wedges - not too tasty."
"too many carbs"
"How wild! Just finished making barbeque sandwiches and these fries for a late supper, and I'm so tired, I had to just sit down, picked up my phone, and here it is! My 18 yr old daughter really wanted them, she loves them! They really are that good!!"
"These are really good and low fat too. Have made them many times."
"Pretty good. Next time I'll try season salt."

"So good and so easy. Great addition to the recipe box!!"
"Absolutely delicious...Very easy to prepare and costs so little. I was even thinking of making them real thin and cook them until they are a little crisp then use them as a snack. Yes, they are good cold."
"Excellent, so easy and quick too."
"Great oven fries! Delicious"
"Made these today after we dug out from the winter blast. Everyone loved them, even my very picky teenage son! I doubled the recipe and used sea salt. Very delicious, and I agree with other comments . . . they didn't even need condiments. We will be making these more often!"
"My husband, who LOVES his fries says I don't have to make any other kind, this is it! He thinks this recipe is great, and he is usually not very verbal in commenting on recipes. Says you don't even need condiments to go with these fries, they are so tasty on their own. I'm glad he likes them, fits into my plan to cook healthier with more natural ingredients."
"Had these fries as a side dish and I thought they were pretty tasty!!!"
"Baked these fries as a side dish with subs for lunch on a snowy Saturday afternoon. Very tasty and will make again!"
"I made these last night for dinner and they were awesome! My husband loved them and he did not use ketchup and that. Is huge!!"
"I use Lawry Seasoning Salt and a few shakes of garlic powder. Yum!"
"Made something like this last night but i used cumin Chilipowder garlic salt paparka thyme pepper and cooked them at 425 for 30 min. Very good."
"I have been making oven fries since my husband had his first heart attack in 1978, but didn't know about the garlic and paprika - will definitely try. The oven fries are easy, less mess (I do mine on no-stick foil nowsdays) and okay for heart patients, in fact I got the idea from a class at the hospital after his first surgery. Would help dieters also, and surprisingly, 1 Tbsp. oil does it with a bit still in the bowl afterwards!"
"I add a little Old Bay seasoning to mine. It adds just a little spice. Very yummy"
"These turned out soooo good! My son that doesn't even like fries was eating them!!"
