I jazz up my fries with paprika and garlic powder. Something about the combination of spices packs a heck of a punch. Everyone loves them—we even enjoy the leftovers cold! —Heather Byers, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

"shadyn: If you don't like the carbs then don't make them! It's just that simple! No need to complain! We thought they were great and will add this to my "Good Recipes" list."

"Made these to go with barbequed ribs last night. Everyone loved them! Fast, easy, & delicious. I don't care for potatoes, but these were great. The only changes I'll make next time is to reduce the paprika to 2 tsp. (like others suggested) & double the amount of garlic powder because our family loves the flavor of garlic. I did use seasoned salt as others suggested & it added to the flavor. I also increased the olive oil to 2 Tbsp. because I used 5 potatoes instead of 4."
