Ingredients

  • 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained and patted dry
  • 1 cup (8 ounces) vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons thawed orange juice concentrate
  • 2 cups whipped topping

Nutritional Facts

3/4 cup: 0g saturated fat (0g sugars, 0g fiber)

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the oranges, yogurt and orange juice concentrate. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into serving dishes. Cover and freeze until firm. Remove from the freezer 10 minutes before serving. Yield: 4 servings.

"I just made this and can't wait for it to freeze. I cheated and tasted it before it went into the freezer and it was absolutely delicious. As someone that is trying to watch my fat and sugar intake this recipe is a dream come true!! "I have not made this yet but sounds perfect for a great summer time treat for my grandkids. None of us are diabetic, but I always use fat-free cool whip and low cal yogurt. Can hardly wait to try this."
