- 1/2 cup vanilla soy milk
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 5 ice cubes
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Dash salt
- In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process for 30-45 seconds or until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 2 servings.
