I've had this recipe for more than 30 years. I led a 4-H club at the time, and one of the girls made this as a demonstration for a project we were doing on milk and milk products. Everyone loved it, and we all copied the recipe.

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 can (6 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 10 to 12 ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup marshmallow creme
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Nutritional Facts

3/4 cup: 128 calories, 1g fat (1g saturated fat), 4mg cholesterol, 24mg sodium, 28g carbohydrate (26g sugars, 0 fiber), 2g protein.


  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 6 servings.
