Orange-Glazed Beets Recipe
- 3/4 cup orange marmalade
- 6 tablespoons orange juice
- 1/3 cup butter, cubed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) sliced beets, drained
- 1. In a large skillet, combine the first five ingredients. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 3-4 minutes or until thickened. Add the beets; cook and stir 6-8 minutes longer or until most of the liquid is absorbed. Yield: 8 servings.
