  • 1 can (6 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 2 cups fat-free frozen yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange extract
  • 1 bottle (1 liter) club soda, chilled
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 medium orange, thinly sliced

1 each: 117 calories, 0 fat (0 saturated fat), 1mg cholesterol, 79mg sodium, 25g carbohydrate (24g sugars, 0 fiber), 4g protein. Diabetic Exchanges: 1 starch, 1/2 fruit.


  1. Place orange juice concentrate, yogurt and extract in a blender; cover and process until blended.
  2. Transfer to a pitcher; stir in club soda. Serve immediately over ice. Serve with orange slices. Yield: 6 servings.
