This pretty cake comes together quickly with a boxed mix. Fat-free mayonnaise replaces the heavy oils, and the citrus glaze is always a hit. —Deborah Williams of Peoria, Arizona

"I made this cake this week. While easy and moist, it has just a hint of orange. I makes for a good coffee cake."

"Made this cake a few days ago and felt that it was moist enough just did not have the orange flavor I was expecting. I did add extra orange zest and orange extract but still was lacking flavor."
