Orange Blossom Gelatin Recipe
- 1 package (3 ounces) orange gelatin
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1/3 cup orange yogurt
- 1. In a small bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool to room temperature; whisk in yogurt. Divide between two dessert dishes. Cover and chill for 4 hours or until firm. Yield: 2 servings.

"Seems like there is some liquid missing out of this recipe. End result was almost a rubbery consistency. Only 1/2 cup water and 1/3 cup yogurt per package of gelatin? Is this correct?"
"The grocer wasn't able find orange in his order book so I made the dessert with lemon Jell-o and lemon yogurt. Next time I plan to make it with lime Jello and kiwi yogurt."
