Reviews for Onion Cucumber Salad with Vinegar Dressing
"This is simple to make. The only downside is how long it has to chill before serving; however, it does allow the ingredients to absorb and makes to taste better. I only used about half the amount of sugar stated."
"I cut this in half for home. I only used 3/4 cup of sugar and it was great. And, if you are making this just for the two or three of you...I put the leftovers in the frig and they were even better after a couple of days. Make sure you stir it up really well before serving again."
"Quick & easy. I also add sliced tomatoes for variation"
"We love this salad! I use red peppers for a splash of color, and it adds a bit of sweetness!"
