"Just what I needed to use up some ingredients I had on hand. I doubled the recipe. Very quick and simple to put together"

"Delicious and so quick and easy. I had self-rising flour on hand so it was especially quick to stir up. I didn't have quite enough sour cream, however, so I used vanilla yogurt I had on hand. It wasn't Greek yogurt, but it worked just fine anyway. My grandchildren will love this!"

"I found this recipe to be really easy and VERY good, too! I did follow editor's note on the substitution for the self-rising flour and used light sour cream. Other than that, ingredients were in keeping with recipe. I did use smaller loaf pans and less baking time. Thank you for this recipe!"
