Olive Sandwich Spread Recipe
- 2 packages (3 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chopped green olives
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon olive juice
- 1. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients. Spread on crackers or bread. Yield: 12 servings.
2 tablespoon: 138 calories, 14g fat (3g saturated fat), 11mg cholesterol, 205mg sodium, 2g carbohydrate (1g sugars, 1g fiber), 1g protein.
