"Very tasty! I have made this several times and have been asked for the recipe. I used it as a filling for finger sandwiches. It makes a nice vegetarian alternative."

"I made this for a church function & it was well received. After the first go around, I noticed that people were passing up the usual pimento, chicken salad, cream cheese sandwiches & selecting mine. I should have doubled the recipe. Several inquired about the ingredients."

"I served it at a funeral reception & it was very well received. Many commented on the surprised texture of the pecan pieces. I used an 8 oz of cream cheese instead of 2 of the 3 ozs & it did not delete the spread's flavor. I

omitted adding the olive juice because I thought it would be too tangy. I ended up with a perfectly spreadable delicious sandwich spread."
