No-Fuss Rolls Recipe

These four-ingredient rolls from Glenda Trail of Manchester, Tennessee are ready in no time. And they taste great with herbed butter or jam.
TOTAL TIME: Prep/Total Time: 20 min. YIELD:6 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Directions

  • 1. In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Spoon into six muffin cups coated with cooking spray. Bake at 450° for 8-10 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack. Serve warm. Yield: 6 rolls.
Editor's Note: As a substitute for 1 cup of self-rising flour, place 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a measuring cup. Add all-purpose flour to measure 1 cup.
