  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1/4 medium orange, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon sugar


  • In a blender, combine all the ingredients; cover and process until
  • coarsely chopped. Cover and chill for 30 minutes or until ready to
  • serve. Yield: 1 serving.
