No-Cook Cranberry Relish Recipe

- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1/4 medium orange, peeled
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients; cover and process until coarsely chopped. Cover and chill for 30 minutes or until ready to serve. Yield: 1 serving.
