No-Cook Cranberry Relish Recipe
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1/4 medium orange, peeled
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients; cover and process until coarsely chopped. Cover and chill for 30 minutes or until ready to serve. Yield: 1 serving.

Great recipe. So refreshing with the Thanksgiving turkey or any time of the year!
This cranberry relish is a quick, easy citrusy change from some of the traditional cranberry recipes. It adds a bright finish and teams well with poultry, venison or pork. Refreshingly lo-calorie and colorful, my children prefer this to cooked cranberries. We found that sugar substitutes work equally well without affecting the flavor or texture.
