  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1/4 medium orange, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

"This cranberry relish is a quick, easy citrusy change from some of the traditional cranberry recipes. It adds a bright finish and teams well with poultry, venison or pork. Refreshingly lo-calorie and colorful, my children prefer this to cooked cranberries. We found that sugar substitutes work equally well without affecting the flavor or texture."
