- 3 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 5 cups multi-grain puffed rice cereal
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- In a large saucepan, melt marshmallows and butter over low heat; stir until smooth. Stir in the cereal, raisins, walnuts and cinnamon; toss to coat. Pat into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. pan. Cool. Cut into bars. Yield: 2 dozen.
