New Year's Punch Recipe
Our family toasts to the New Year with this sparkling beverage. I've also prepared it for spring luncheons and bridal showers.—Audrey Thibodeau, Gilbert, Arizona
- 1 can (46 ounces) pineapple juice
- 4 cups brewed tea
- 3 cups apple juice
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 cups ginger ale
- 1. In a gallon container, combine pineapple juice, teas, apple juice and lemon juice; mix well. Store in refrigerator. Add the ginger ale just before serving. Yield: about 30 servings.
1 serving (1 cup) equals 43 calories, trace fat (trace saturated fat), 0 cholesterol, 3 mg sodium, 11 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, trace protein.
