  • 24 medium fresh mushrooms
  • 12 Jones Dairy Farm Dry-Aged Bacon strips, halved
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce

Nutritional Facts

3 each: 226 calories, 20g fat (7g saturated fat), 23mg cholesterol, 505mg sodium, 6g carbohydrate (4g sugars, 1g fiber), 5g protein.


  1. Wrap each mushroom with a piece of bacon; secure with a toothpick. Thread onto metal or soaked wooden skewers; brush with barbecue sauce.
  2. Grill, uncovered, over indirect medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until the bacon is crisp and the mushrooms are tender, turning and basting occasionally with remaining barbecue sauce. Yield: 2 dozen.
