- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 2 medium ripe bananas
- 1 cup halved fresh strawberries
- 1 cup rainbow sherbet
- In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process for 1-2 minutes or until smooth. Stir if necessary. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings.
